INGREDIENTS

1 pk (12 oz) stouffers escalloped apple, defrosted
1 pk (18 oz) nestle chocolate chip cookes with nestle toll house morsels refrigerated cookie dough
2/3 c Oatmeal
2 pk (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 Egg
1/4 c Sour cream
1 tb Sugar
1/3 c Chopped walnuts
Chocolate sauce-optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Found this tonight from Stouffers looks really yummy, going to the store
tomarrow and I am going to give this a go. ;-) Marina
1. Preheat oven 375 F.
2. Heavily grease a 10 " -12" pizza pan a 9x13 may be substituted
3. In a medium sized bowl, combine cookie dough and oatmeal. Press mixture
into bottom of pan to form crust.
4. Bake crust 10- 15 minutes or until set. Remove from oven.
5. While crust is baking, in med. mixing bowl combine cream cheese, egg,
sour cream and sugar. beat till smooth.
6. Place apples on top of crust. Spread with cream cheese mixture and
sprinkle with walnuts.
7. Bake 25 -30 minutes or until cream cheese is set in center. cool
thoroughly before serving. Drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired. Yields
8-9 servings

NOTE: I can see endless possibilites with this.For a start Us Sugar cookie
dough, peach topping with pecans. Would be interesting too I am gonna check
