Deviled Eggs A La Jadi

INGREDIENTS

9 Hard-boiled eggs, peel shell
3 Scallions, finely chopped
1 12 oz can tuna, drained and
flaked
1 1/2 t Dry mustard
3/4 c Soy sauce
1 T Sesame or peanut oil
1 1/2 t Lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove hardened yolks to a mixing
bowl. Add scallions, tuna, mustard, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and
salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Fill egg white halves with
tuna/egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle tops with paprika. Note: Crab meat or
