75 g Mushrooms
1 ds White wine
2 Double cream
2 Spring onion tops, finely
chopped
1 T Chopped fresh dill
1 White bread, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the butter in a medium frying pan. Add the mushrooms and cook  for
2-3 minutes.  2 Pour over the white wine and allow to reduce slightly.
Add the  cream, spring onions and dill. Serve on the hot toast.
