INGREDIENTS

1 T Cornstarch
1/3 c Chicken broth
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
2 T Frozen concentrated
pineapple juice
2 T Chopped pimiento
1 T Soy sauce
1/4 t Garlic powder
1/4 t Ground ginger
2 Equal, artificial sugar
sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cornstarch and chicken broth in small saucepan. Stir in all
remaining ingredients except Equal. Cook over medium heat , stirring
until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in Equal..Serve
warm.  Makes 1 cup..Calories:5  per tablespoon.. Diabetic exchanges per
