Dijon Pesto Steak

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Fresh basil or parsley, finely chopped
1/2 c Walnuts, finely chopped
1/3 c Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 Boneless sirloin or top round steak, 2 pound

INSTRUCTIONS

In small bowl, combine basil and parsley, walnuts, mustard and garlic.
Broil steak 5 inches from heat source, about 10 minutes turning once.
Spread top of steak with basil or parsley mixture; broil 2-3 minutes more
or until lightly browned and beef is cooked to desired doneness. Slice and
serve.
