INGREDIENTS

1 t Olive oil
1/2 t Shallots, chopped
1/2 t Garlic, chopped
1 T Dijon mustard
1/4 c Clam juice
1/4 c White wine
1 T Butter
1 T Fresh dill, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute shallots and garlic in olive oil until shallots are soft; add
mustard, clam juice and wine. Reduce to half the volume, then swirl in
