Do-si-do Brownies

INGREDIENTS

BROWNIES
1/2 c Butter
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c Flour
1/3 c Cocoa
1 c Chopped peanuts
1 t Vanilla
2 c Marshmallows
1/2 c Peanut butter chips
1 c Crushed Do-Si-Do cookies
ICING
1/2 c Butter
1 lb Powdered sugar
1/2 c Cocoa
1 c Chopped peanuts
1/2 c Evaporated milk

INSTRUCTIONS

BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift
together flour and cocoa; add gradually until blended. Add peanuts and
vanilla. Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30-35
minutes. Remove from oven. Mix together marshmallows, peanut butter
chips and crushed do-si-do cookies. Top brownies with marshmallow
mixture. Bake 10 more minutes. Cool completely and ice.  ICING: Melt
butter. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together; add  butter. Stir in
milk and peanuts.
