Donna Mills’ Smoked Salmon Log

INGREDIENTS

16 oz Red salmon
8 oz Cream cheese
1 tb Minced onion
1/8 ts Liquid smoke or Worcestershire sauce
2 Cloves garlic;minced
1/2 c Toasted;sliced almonds
3 tb Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine salmon,cheese,onion,liquid smoke and garlic in bowl.Shape into a
log.Mix sliced almonds and parsley.Roll log in mixture,then wrap in Plastic
wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
