2 T Unsalted butter, softened
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese in 4
1 oz. slices

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare Double Boiler Polenta. Stir in butter. Divide polenta among
four bowls. Top each with a slice of cheese. Serve immediately.
