Double Mango And Habanero Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 Mango
1 Mango, green
2 Habanero chiles, seeded and
chopped
2 Shallots, finely chopped
1/2 c Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 T Thai fish sauce
1 Lime juice, fresh one lime
2 t Sugar
1 pn Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin
strips. Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix  thoroughly.
