We are often unable to see and understand the reasons and causes for specific events in our lives, in the lives of others, or in the history of the world. But our lack of understanding does not prevent us from believing God.

Drunken Spareribs

INGREDIENTS

4 lb Spareribs
1/4 c Bourbon
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 tb Dijon mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Place ribs on rack in roasting pan.  Mix remaining ingredients and spread
thickly over both sides of ribs. Roast in 350°F oven until brown and crisp
(1-1/4--1-1/2 hours), turning once and basting frequently with sauce.
Serves 4.
