Dry Rub for Ribs

INGREDIENTS

4 tb Paprika
2 tb Celery salt
2 tb Salt
2 tb Freshly-ground black pepper
2 tb Cumin
2 tb Packed dark brown sugar
1 tb White sugar
1 tb Ground oregano
1 tb Cayenne pepper
2 ts Grated lemon peel
2 ts Sage leaves or rosemary; crumbled
2 Bay leaves; crumbled
1 ts Dry mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients. Store in a jar with tightfitting lid. Makes enough
to coat 3 to 4 slabs of ribs. This recipe yields about 1/2 cup.
