INGREDIENTS

6 tb Salt
6 tb Sugar
1 tb Dry lemon powder
2 tb Pepper powder; (mild or wild)
2 1/2 tb Black pepper
1 tb Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

This is for sprinkling on spareribs or pork shoulders before you barbecue
them. Use heaping measures when you are mixing it and do not skimp when you
use it. You can substitute lemon pepper for the dry lemon powder and black
pepper--use about 3 tablespoons.
