Dry Rub With Honey Mustard Glaze

INGREDIENTS

DRY RUB
1 T Garlic powder
1 T Seasoning salt
1 T Cajun spice blend
1/4 c Bbq spice blend
HONEY-MUSTARD GLAZE
2 t Cornstarch
1/4 c Water
1 1/2 c Honey
1 T Garlic, minced
1/4 c Soy sauce
1 Beef bouillon cube
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/3 c Dijon mustard
1 t Tabasco sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine water and cornstarch and set aside. Bring honey to boil in 1
qrt pan . Cook until color deepens and has a nutty fragrance about 5
min. Decrease heat to medium. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add
cornstarch mixture along with soy sauce and bouillon cube. simmer 5
min. stirring often. Remove from heat,and stir lemon juice, mustard
and tabasco. Genty reheat before using.  Recipe By     :  From:
