INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Diced Red Delicious apple
2 T Lemon low-fat yogurt
3 c Presliced green cabbage
1/4 c Raisins
2 T Chopped dry-roasted peanuts
3 T Sweet and sour sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine apple and yogurt in a bowl; toss well to coat. Add cabbage and
remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Yield: 4 servings (serving
size: 1 cup).  Per serving: 106 Calories; 3g Fat (20% calories from
fat); 2g  Protein; 21g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 87mg Sodium
