Easy Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS

2 tb Margarine or butter
1 ts Curry powder
1 sm Onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
2 c Cut-up cooked chicken
1/3 c Raisins
1 sm Unpared red apple, coarsely chopped
1 cn (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chcken-soup
1 Soup can water
2 c Hot cooked rice Chopped peanuts, if desired

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook margarine, curry powder and onion in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat
about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in
remaining ingredients except rice and peanuts. Cook, stirring occasionally
until hot. Serve over rice. sprinkle with peanuts. 4 servings.
