Easy Corn Puff

INGREDIENTS

20 oz Frozen Corn or chopped Broccoli
1 c Bisquick Baking Mix
1 c Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded (about 4 ozs.)

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter 5-cup souffle dish or 1 1/2-quart round
casserole.  Cook corn as directed on package; drain.  Beat Baking Mix,
milk, eggs, and salt with hand beater until smooth.  Stir in corn and
cheese.  Pour into souffle dish.  Bake until knife inserted halfway between
center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
