    INGREDIENTS

    1 c Confectioners sugar
    1/4 ts Slt
    1/2 ts Vanilla or other flavorings
    1 1/2 tb Cream or 1 Tbls. water

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Blend sugar, salt & flavoring. Add cream to make spreading easy. Tint.
