Easy Holiday Fruit Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 pk 1 lb 3 oz white cake mix
1 Egg
1/4 c Water
1 ts Salt
1 ts Lemon extract
3 Eggs
1/2 c Sifted all purpose flour
1 lb Light raisins
1 lb Whole pecans
1/2 lb Whole candied cherries
1/2 lb Candied pineapple, cut into strips.

INSTRUCTIONS

Line two greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans with waxed paper;
grease paper.
Combine cake mix, egg, water, salt and lemon extract in large bowl of
electric mixer.  Beat two minutes at medium speed.  Add 3 eggs; b eat w
minutes longer.
Mix flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cake batter.
Pour into the two prepared pans.
Bake at 275 degrees for about two hours.
