Easy Low Fat Pasta ‘alfredo’

INGREDIENTS

4 c Pasta, cooked
1/4 c Lowfat Cottage Cheese (1% milkfat)
1/8 c Non fat plain yogurt
2 tb Parmesan Cheese (Fresh grated, please!)
1 tb Butter, softened

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the last 4 ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Pour
sauce over cooked noodles and heat thoroughly until parmesan is well melted
and pasta is heated through. Garnish with additional grated parmesan and
pepper. Makes 8 1/2 cup side dish servings.
