INGREDIENTS
| 2 1/2 | c | Milk |
| 1 | pk | Vanilla pud. mix |
| 1/2 | c | Quick cooking rice |
| 1/3 | c | Raisins (optional) |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a 4 c. glass measuring cup combine all ingredients, microwave on high 6 min. stirring occasionally. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand until mixture thickens. Serve cold or reheat at serving time.
