Easy Turkey Pot Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 pk (6 oz) STOVE TOP Stuffing
Mix For Turkey or Chicken
1 1/2 c Hot water
1/4 c (1/2 stick), butter or
Margarine, cut into pieces
2 c Cubed cooked turkey
1 Jar (12 oz.) chicken gravy
1 pk (10 oz.) frozen mixed
Vegetables, thawed, drained
1/4 ts Dried thyme leaves .

INSTRUCTIONS

MIX contents of vegetable/seasoning packet, hot water and butter in large
bowl until butter is melted. Stir in stuffing crumbs just to moisten. Let
stand 5 minutes. POUR gravy into 2-quart casserole or 12x8 inch baking
dish. Stir in turkey or chicken, vegetables and thyme. Spoon stuffing over
turkey mixture.
BAKE at 350F for 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.
