Ed’s Teriyaki Sauce – the Best

INGREDIENTS

1 lg Flank steak
1/4 c Soy sauce
3 tb Honey
2 tb Vinegar
1 1/2 ts Garlic powder or salt
1 1/2 ts Ground ginger
3/4 c Salad oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix and blend well at low speed for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture over the
steak. Turn in the mixture and refrigerate over night. Turn over in the
morning. Marinate about 24 hrs. Charcoal broil 5-6 mins. on each side for
medium rare. Slice into thin strips across the grain.
