Egg-less Chocolate Mousse Pie!

INGREDIENTS

7 oz Marshmallow Fluff
1/4 c Pareve milk
2 Sq bittersweet chocolate
A dash of salt
1 t Vanilla extract
1 Container Rich's whip
1 9-in graham cracker pie
crust
8 Graham crackers
2 T Margarine
1/4 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix fluff, chocolate, milk, and salt in pot over very low flame  until
melted and thick, or melt in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring  after
one minute.  2.Add vanilla and let cool in refrigerator 30 minutes.
3.Whip Rich's for 10 minutes.  4.Mix all ingredients together.
5.Freeze in pie shell.  6.Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate
chips, or chocolate  shavings.  For pie crust:  1.Chop crackers in food
processor.  2.Add other ingredients and blend until smooth.  3.Spread
into pie tin.  4.Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.  Posted to
