Egg Mustard Sauce

INGREDIENTS
| 3 | tb | Butter |
| 2 | tb | Flour |
| 1 1/2 | c | Milk |
| 3/4 | ts | Salt |
| Red pepper | ||
| 1 | tb | Prepared mustard |
| 2 | Diced hard boiled eggs |
INSTRUCTIONS
