1/4 c Water
1/2 t Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 1/2 t Baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine flour, water, salt and pepper. Beat with a fork until smooth.
Then blend in baking powder. VARIATION: In step 1, add 2 tablespoons
cornstarch and 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce and sherry.  From <The
