1.  PLACE EGGS IN BASKET AS NEEDED; COVER WITH COLD WATER.  BRING TO
A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT.  FOR SOFT COOKED EGGS, SIMMER 1 MINUTE. FOR HARD
COOKED EGGS SIMMER 8 TO 10 MINUTES.  DO NOT BOIL.
