INGREDIENTS

2 c Shredded white cabbage
1 c Shredded red cabbage
1 c Julienned red onion
2/3 c Homemade mayonnaise
1/4 c Creole mustard
1 ts Minced garlic
2 tb Rice wine vinegar
1 tb Chopped parsley
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Mix thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper. Let the slaw chill for 1 hour before serving.
This recipe yields 3 cups of slaw.
