1 1/2 lb -loaf
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
3 1/4 c All-purpose flour; (I used bread flour)
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
2 ts Ground coriander
3 1/2 tb Butter
4 1/2 oz Warm milk
6 tb Honey
1 Egg warm water

INSTRUCTIONS

Note: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 teaspoons of yeast for the 1
1/2-pound loaf.
