INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Low-fat milk
2 T Oil
2 Egg whites
2 Mashed bananas
2 1/2 c Oat bran
1 T Baking powder
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1/2 c Brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350øF, prepare pans. Combine wet mix ingredients &
mix well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon
