Famous Milk Chocolate Fudge

INGREDIENTS

2 tb Butter
2/3 c Evaporated milk, undiluted
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
4 oz Miniature marshmallows (2 cups)
11 1/2 oz Milk chocolate chips
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Chopped pecans or walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Butter or foil-line 8-inch square pan. Combine butter, evaporated milk,
sugar and salt in medium, heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat,
stirring constantly. Boil for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly; remove from
heat.
Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1
minutes or until marshmallows melt completely. Pour into pan. Cool; cut
into squares.
HINT: For thicker fudge, use a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
