INGREDIENTS

1 c Honey
1/4 c Water
2 c Farfel
1 ts Ginger
1/2 c Walnuts; (chopped if you want. I like them in halves.)

INSTRUCTIONS

this recipe is my families favorite and was brought over form Poland. You
will also find it in my shul's new cookbook.
Cook honey, water and ginger until well mixed. Add farfel and nuts, all at
once. Cook for 5 minutes, mixing continuosly. Place in a cool greased pan
and cut into squares. Let cool completly. Keep room temp for a week. I eat
it with a spoon. and one spoonful with fix me for a day. YUm Yum
