INSTRUCTIONS
1 To make this sauce, place the milk in a small saucepan, add the flour
and, over a medium heat, bring everything gradually to a simmering point.
2 Whisk vigorously and continuously with a balloon whisk until the sauce
has thickened to a smooth, rich creaminess. Add the seasoning and cook very
gently for five minutes on the lowest possible heat.
