INSTRUCTIONS
CRUST
FILLING
TOPPING
Mix together all ingredients for crust and pat into the bottom of a
springform pan. Set aside. Have eggs at room temperature. Beat eggs and
slowly add sugar. Blend in cream cheese. Pour over crust and bake at 375°
for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Top with blueberry pie
filling and refrigerate. Yield: 12 servings.
