INGREDIENTS

-Mary Ann Young
1 lb Dried black beans
1 lb Beef stew meat; cubed
3/4 lb Link sausage; 3/4-1 lb; sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Onion; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak beans overnight. Pour beans and water into crockpot.
Brown beef and sausage. Drain excess fat.
Stir all ingredients into beans in crockpot. Cook on low for 6-10 hours.
Check occasionally and add water if necessary.
Serve with rice.
