INSTRUCTIONS
Slice the French bread and toast on one side.
Spread the pesto or tapenade and top with slices of Galaxy Fetta.
Grill for a few minutes until the tops are golden (the cheese will not melt
like on top of a pizza, but keeps it shape).
You can serve with dressed salad greens as a starter or just with a topping
of fresh herb as a pre-dinner nibble.
