Fettuccine Alfredo

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Uncooked fettuccine
Alfredo Sauce (below)
Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c Margarine or butter
1/2 c Whipping (heavy) cream
3/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

ALFREDO SAUCE
PREP: 10 min COOK: 15 min MAKES 6 servings, about 3/4 cup each
1.- Cook fettuccine as directed on package.
2.- While fettuccine is cooking, prepare Alfredo Sauce.
3.- Drain fettuccine. Pour sauce over fettuccine; toss until fettuccine is
well coated. Sprinkle with parsley.
ALFREDO SAUCE: Heat margarine and whipping cream in 2-quart saucepan over
low heat, stirring constantly, until margarine is melted. Stir in cheese,
salt and pepper.
