Fettucine With Clams

INGREDIENTS

500 g Fettucine
Good olive oil
4 Cloves garlic, chopped
2 Dried chilli peppers
crumbled
4 T Parsley, chopped
1 kg Fresh clams, palourdes
1/2 Lemon, juice of

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring a large pan of well salted water to the boil.  Cook the pasta for
the required length of time and drain.  Heat the oil in the empty pan
and add the garlic and chilli. When  sizzling add the clams and parsley
and when the clams have opened  return to the pasta, season with the
