INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 c Taco sauce
6 c Torn lettuce
1 md Green bell pepper; cut into strips
2 md Tomatoes; cut into wedges
1/2 c Pitted ripe olives; drained
1 c Corn chips
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded (4 oz)
1/2 c Thousand Island dressing; if desired

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook ground beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown;
drain.  Stir in taco sauce; heat through. Toss lettuce, bell pepper,
tomatoes, olives and corn chips in large bowl. Spoon heat beef mixture over
lettuce mixture; toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately with
dressing.
