INSTRUCTIONS
FILLING
Beat eggs, sugar, and veg oil until fluffy. Add baking powder , salt, flour
and work together until smooth. Divide dough into three pieces. Roll dough
out on floured surface, spread lightly with jam, choc chips, nuts and
grated orange, then roll up . Bake up 350 20-30 min . When cool ice with
confectionary sugar icing, slice diagonally/////
