Fire And Ice Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

6 Ripe tomatoes, peeled &
quartered
1 Green pepper, cut into
strips
1 Onion, cut in rings
3/4 c Vinegar
1 1/2 t Celery salt
1 1/2 t Mustard seed, or 3/4 tsp.
dry
1/2 t Salt
4 1/2 t Sugar
1/8 t Red pepper
1/8 t Black pepper
1/4 c Cold water

INSTRUCTIONS

Place tomato wedges, green pepper and onion rings in shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute;  pour
immediately over vegetables. Cover tightly and chill. This will  keep
