Fish Baked In Sour Cream

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Fish fillets-fresh or frozen
1 Onion, sliced
2 Tomatoes, cut in wedges
Salt and pepper
Paprika
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 c Sour cream
1 T Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Thaw fillets if frozen.  In greased shallow baking dish, arrange  onion
and tomatoes.  Place fish fillets over vegetables. Sprinkle  with salt
and pepper to taste and paprika.  Combine cheese with sour cream; pour
over fillets. Dot with butter.  Bake in 400øF oven until fish flakes
easily when tested with fork.  Makes 6 servings. Typed in MMFormat by
