Fish with Garlic Salsa

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Cod Fillets*
2 tb Margarine
1 tb Cilantro,Fresh,Chopped
1/2 ts Salt
1 Garlic Clove Salsa:
3 Garlic Cloves — Crushed
2 Tomatoes,Fresh,Ripe — Chopped
1 md Onion — Chopped
1 Jalapeno Pepper,Canned,Chop ed
1 tb Cilantro,Fresh,Chopped — Optional
1 tb Lemon Juice
1/2 ts Oregano Leaves,Dried
1 1/2 ts Vegetable Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

*USe cod, halibut or red snapper fillets. 1-If fillets are large, cut into
6 serving pieces. Place fish on rack in broiler pan. 2-Mix melted
margarine, cilantro, salt and crushed garlic. brush half of the mixture
over fish. Broil with tops of fillets about 4 inches from heat until light
brown; about 6 minutes. Turn fish carefully; brush with remaining margarine
mixture. Broil until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 4-6 minutes
longer.  Serve immediately with garlic salsa. SALSA: Heat all salsa
ingredients over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly,
