Five Spices Marinade For Barbecued Pork

Chinese Sauce 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 t Sugar
1/2 t Five spices
1/2 t Salt
1 ds Pepper
2 T Soy sauce
1 t Sherry

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, Five Spices, salt and pepper. Rub mixture over pork
strips and let stand 2 hours. Add soy sauce and sherry and toss. Let
stand 30 minutes more, turning frequently. Then roast.  From <The
