Five Spices Marinade For Bbq Spareribs

INGREDIENTS

Five spices
1 Clove garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut a garlic clove in two; rub its cut surfaces over the spareribs.
Rub Five Spices over the meat. Let stand 1 hour; then roast.  NOTE:
Allow about 1/2 teaspoon Five Spices per pound of meat.  From <The
