Five Spices Marinade For Roast Chicken

Chinese Sauce 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 Cloves garlic
4 T Soy sauce
2 T Oil
1/2 t Five spices
1 t Salt
1 t Sugar
1/4 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mince garlic; then combine with remaining ingredients, blending well.
Rub mixture over chicken inside and out and let stand 1 hour. Drain,
