Flank Steak With Honey Glaze

INGREDIENTS

3 T Olive oil
3 T Lime juice
1 Chopped garlic clove
1 t Ground cumin
1 lb Flank steak
2 T Honey
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T Hoisin sauce
1 t Lime juice
1 Chopped garlic clove
2 t Minced chipotle chilies –
reconstituted chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: To marinate the steak, whisk together the olive oil, lime
juice, garlic, and cumin. Pour over the steak and marinate for at
least 2 hours. To make the glaze, combine the honey, dijon mustard,
hoisin sauce, lime juice, garlic, and chilies. Grill the steak on the
barbecue for 5-8 minutes on each side. Brush the glaze onto the steak
as it is cooking. Slice thin and serve.  Converted by MC_Buster.
