INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and cook the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the beans stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Stir in the bamboo shoots, honey, orange juice and soy sauce and cook for
3-4 minutes. Stir in the orange segments and add seasoning to taste. Serve
immediately.
