INSTRUCTIONS

Put an inch of water in a shallow bowl and add a tablespoon of liquid
dish-washing soap, but don't stir the solution.  Before you go to bed, put
the bowl on the floor and place a lamp with a 60-watt bulb as closr to the
bowl as possible.  Turn out all the other lights, close off the room so
your pet can't get to the bowl, and enjoy sweet dreams. Have patience--it
