Flentie’s Beef Noodle Soup

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 qt Beef stock
1 cn Mushrooms; drained
1 ts Celery seed
1 ts Basil
1/2 ts Thyme
1 Bay leaf
1 c White wine
1 md Onion; chopped
3 Carrots; sliced
3 Rib eye steaks

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut up steaks into 1" cubes. Brown together steak cubes and onion. In a
large soup pot combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down heat
and simmer for 3 hours. Bring heat back up and bring to a boil. Add
homemade noodles and boil for 10 minutes. Serve hot. NOTES
: I love this soup!!!!!
